I have been a Philadelphia resident for 30+ years. I spent more than two decades working directly with senior executives at major organizations, managing high-stakes communications, preparing for difficult conversations, and operating at a level where discretion and preparation were not optional.
That background shapes how I work in real estate.
I work exclusively with homeowners who are considering selling properties valued at $400,000 and above in six Northwest Philadelphia neighborhoods: Chestnut Hill, East Falls, Germantown, Manayunk, West Mount Airy, and Roxborough.
I do not try to be everything to everyone. I focus on a small number of neighborhoods, build real relationships there, and develop the kind of knowledge that only comes from paying close attention over time.
I am not interested in pressure or performance. I am interested in helping you think through a significant decision clearly and honestly.
Most of what I do in our early conversations is listen. I ask questions. I try to understand what you actually want and what might be standing in the way. Then I tell you what I think, honestly, even when it is not what you were hoping to hear.
My goal is not to get you to make a decision. My goal is to make sure that whatever decision you make is the right one for you.
I hold advanced credentials in negotiation and pricing strategy. I am also certified through eXp Luxury and the Residential Real Estate Council's Luxury Homes program, and I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
More practically: I show up prepared, I communicate consistently, and I do not disappear after the paperwork is signed.
If you are thinking about selling, or just starting to ask questions, I am happy to have a conversation. No commitment required.
