He also kept the seller of the home I was buying at bay and assured her that he was doing what he could to make sure this transaction went as smoothly as possible. Understand this was the worst experience ever but working with Charles made the process alot better from him helping the buyer side where he could and working behind the scenes with my lender to make sure that when the buyer side was ready then my end was ready to go without hesitation. He really goes and went the extra mile even to the point of sending me an email attachment with information on propane tanks in the home because a house we looked at was equipped with them. I would definitely recommend Charles to anyone and use him again (even though I will probably never move again)."
